If any of the following apply to you or any member of the group of ladies attending with you, we ask that you not attend the Conference this year.
- You have been required to self-isolate by the authorities due to COVID-19 concerns.
- You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- You have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, runny nose, diarrhea or loss of taste or smell
- You or a member of your household has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
- You or a member of your household has travelled overseas in the past 14 days or travelled to a COVID-19 hotspot in Australia?
- You have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting the results (and SWB falls within the period of awaiting test results).
You don’t have to miss out though – instead you can purchase the conference messages afterwards. Head to our website at swbconference.com to find out how to order.
Hygiene & Cleaning
- Hand sanitisers are positioned in multiple places where you might need them. Please help yourself.
- You are encouraged to present your ticket on your phone.
- We have a great Clean Team along with our Cleaners. You’ll see our Clean Team wiping down all touchpoints, bathrooms, railings during the conference. Our cleaners will ensure a thorough clean before and after you are with us.
- Masks are recommended if you are vulnerable or feel that you cannot physically distance yourself from others.
- We do not encourage nor recommend hand shakes or hugs. Not this year.
Physical Distancing
- Because we’re operating at 100% capacity, it may not be possible for you to physically distance yourself from others inside. It means that you may have someone sitting next to you, in front of you or behind you. We are unable to book empty seats beside you. Please assess the risk for yourself if you feel uncomfortable with this.
- Your friendship group will need to keep at least 1.5 metre distance between another group.
- We encourage physical distancing with ground markers and signage.
- Anywhere you are queuing you’ll find floor or ground markers and signage to show you the way in and out. We appreciate you respecting our COVID measures.
- If you are outside enjoying our Markets or entertainment, Though there is no density requirements for outdoors, where the area becomes crowded making 1.5m impossible, customers will be asked to delay until the current crowds clear.
- Every area of our conference will have an appointed COVID warden to assist in our COVID safe measures. The appointed COVID warden will be required to monitor numbers.
